How to combine and export data from EpiInfo

While exporting data from epi info to excel some of my data wasnt exported instead of it the column shows global record id. How can I rectify it?

srishti thakur I have not had the same case that you mentioned. If you can find what record ids have the error, you can check whether the records were marked as deleted. I thought it might cause the error. You also can check format output (.xls vs. .xlsx) to see if it can fix the error. Another option is that you can try to export the data into other format, e.g. csv, then open it in excel to check. If it do not fix the error, and you don’t mind, please send me a sample of the data and i will take a look.
