I did not set an intention to receive this message, however, I have been wondering, going back and forth, thinking whether I should let that friendship go. I have a friend that I used to be very close to, but lately I don't feel appreciated or reciprocated to the same efforts I have been giving in towards her. Close my eyes take deep breath n feel n tell myself that all negativity is getting released. Then sit n focus on ur breath or visualise kali ma ..n mediate on her . U may get other thoughts but it is when u have to bring ur mind back to Maa. Gradually u will feel the difference
