I lost a large set of keys at a movie theatre while I was with my family. I turned my coat every which way to see if they had fallen into the lining - nothing! Fortunately, my wife had her own car keys. I commanded the keys to come back to me. The next morning, I walked down the stairs in my house, opened the coat closet, reached into my coat pocket and pulled out the keys without realizing what I was doing. My angel brought them back to me!

Guess how many times that happens to me in a week? Guess how many phones bank cards and daily life necessities go walking away on thier own everyday? I am aware that it's done on purpose . I am aware that my enemies do things to ruin or set back my day...my time. My purpose.... Commanding it is what I need to do now. Thank you for posting that.

This is Frank's wife, Denise: Hi everybody, just want to say . .lovely to listen to . . .I have had some encounters with angels . . .they are TRULY around, we just can't see them . . .but sometimes God will allow them to become visible to the spiritual eye! One angel was an old man, the kind that hangs around the mall hoping for some money or something to eat. This old guy was sitting on a railing at the outside parking where I parked my car. My very favourite and precious warm jacket was lying on the back seat. I had some silver change in my purse, got out of the car to go into the store. He said hullo, and asked me if I could help him. I took out all my change and was about to start lecturing him to not use it on alcohol but to feed himself, when I noticed that he only wore a thin shirt and was shivering in the cold. I opened the car door, took out the jacket and draped it over his shoulders. His eyes lit up, becoming a very bright blue. "WOW!" he said, and then put it on . . "Wow! Wow! Wow!" he kept saying, fixing me with a beautiful smile and these bright blue eyes as he hugged the jacket around him. I was drawn to him like a magnet . . we embraced in SUCH a precious, electric hug! he was not dirty or smelly, but seemed to be glowing, hygienically clean . . there was such a feeling of Godly LOVE that pulsed between us, it was like hugging God Himself! Not a word passed between us, and I left, awash with the glory and presence of God! I have never forgotten that encounter, nor others, although that was about 20 years ago . . I never saw him again, although I still visited that mall often. I KNOW that that was an angel. Hallelujah to the King!! ❣✝

Last night I asked for a sign from God that there are angels in my room and after praying stuff in my room starting to fall my wallet fell and 2 shiny coins came out and fell on top of each other. I also saw a small white feather flying in my room and I wondered where the feather comes from. I tried to get hold of it but it was so fast. I then remembered that I asked God for a sign that angels are with me. It was a great experience.

My son has been to Heaven twice in biblical dreams. In Heaven, angels are identified with 2 white wings.. people who go to Heaven are known as “true believers” and they have a 1 white wing and 1 gold wing. Jesus has 2 gold wings. Blessings in Jesus, from my studies of scriptures, that we can't command angels to be subordinate to us, but when we pray we pray to our Lord Jesus through the Holy Spirit, then it's Jesus who mediate on our behalf that God then would give instructions to the angels to do of his commandments and not of us directly, for we cannot bypass the Lord our God, the angels are messengers of God, I have never read in scriptures where man commands angels, if there is such please show me where in scriptures does it say such things. I'm confused. The Bible says Jesus tells us to "ask" the "Father" in His name. Ps 91 says "He will give His angels charge over me." Hebrews says they are "His" ministers and are sent forth (sent by Him, not called forth by us) to minister to us. Where in scripture does it say WE have authority (even if using the name of Jesus) to command "His" ministers to do things for us? I have had a necklace returned, but I didn't command an angel-I simply asked my Father in Jesus' name and He did return it! I daily ask the Lord to place angels around my family members by name (and thank Him!) because I am to address my prayers to Him, not an angel. If we are supposed to be commanding angels I would sincerely appreciate knowing where that instruction is in scripture. I understand rebuking demons using the name of Jesus and telling them to leave... But where in the Word is our earthly authority to command a ministering spirit that we do not have authority over? I hope you read this as I'm truly interested, not being critical.

The Bible plainly states angels hearken(give heed) to the Lord's commands. Many examples in the Word of this(ie: "And when we cried unto the Lord, he heard our voice, and sent an angel" Num 20: 16). To say we can command angels is not Biblical.

Our notion and teaching about commanding angels is questionable. I believe we are far mistaken from inception with the very meaning itself of the word angel. Angel means "messenger" and nothing else. The believe that such messengers are a different species of spirit beings distinct from humans, is just based on our human perception only. We are all spirit beings, be it in spirit form (that is, inhabiting in a spirit realm) or in human form (inhabiting in a material or physical realm). The spirits inhabiting the higher realms of Heaven are the ones that God uses as messengers (angels) to carry out missions for Him, because they are more perfect than the rest. Such spirits do not take orders from anyone but God or any other spirit that they are subordinate to. Among their very missions is the one to teach, guide, intercede, protect and report. It is obvious that we cannot command someone that has been assigned to teach us, guide us, protect us, intercede for us. It will make no sense for us to give command to such person, because we appear to them in an inferior position, we appear to them as helpless and without guidance. Can i possibly instruct my guide, my mentor? Not possible. If we find ourselves surrounded with such spirit beings, is because of God's mercy and love to assist us. And our approach to such beings should be a humble one, not an arrogant or commanding attitude. To be honest, they do not take orders from us, but from God, who sends them as messengers. If we are genuine and humble, we should rather pray to God in supplication to give orders to his angels to help us in whatever we are pleading for.

I'm not sure that command is the right word here. I've had angels come to help when I requested it in Jesus' name. I've had them come to me with a warning of danger and I asked to extend my hedge of protection which they did perfectly. I have commanded demons in Jesus' Holy name, but not angels. They are our helpers and God's messengers, I've never seen a need to command them - God does that. I'm very grateful for them!
