Omfg, about a month after my dad passed away I dreamt of us doing all the things we wanted to do but couldn't while he was alive. At the end we were in a white space hugging each other and told each other we loved one another. Kind of believing in the paranormal gives me hope that this was the goodbye we couldn't tell each other in person

Hello Mayo I have been doing paranormal investigations now for probably seven years. I used to use paranormal equipment at first, to communicate with the spirit entities that I was trying to communicate with. Since then, all that I use now is a recording device, the spirits that I have been communicating with in the past still remember me. I had a dream when I was very young, five at least. I still remember it clearly, it was an outline of a creature. This creature was actually the Pokémon, Jolteon. Only time I saw/heard a spirit was once when I was a baby. It looked like my dad came into my room and he reached his arm out to me. The moment I reached my arm out and was about to touch his he faded away. Next time I was about 14 and I heard a huge scream in my left ear when I was laying in bed. Finally only time a ghost messed with me was when my blinds were literally THROWN into the air. No cats in my room either. Woke me up completely and it was right after I did one of those challenges that summon entities. (never doing again) Other then that never experienced anything else. Also, what does it mean when I constantly hear high pitched ringing in my ears? happens a lot usually in the night.

Interesting! Ringing in the ears can relate to the awakening of psychic senses. Some people call that the awakening of the ear chakras, others just relate it to the third eye chakra, or to clairvoyance. Technically, clairaudience is the psychic sense that relates to sound/ears. Sometimes continued ringing and no other advancement means you’re blocked either intentionally or unintentionally. Also... Medically, ringing in the ears can be a sign of many different health conditions. (I just mention that because I’m not one to neglect science or health. It can be other things too.)

Never will forget sitting on my bed late at night taking my meds/ getting ready to go to sleep and BAM...... I hear a woman screaming HELP super loud in my ear!! I fell off the bed and ran!! Have had ghost hunters n my house that have gotten tons of evps. Some of the evps had some sassiness to them lol 🤣😂😂!!! Like a male saying "bite me"!! Have found tho they mostly tap, bang or knock when communicating. Also we can set boundaries and not let the negative or inappropriate ones stay, like we had a male that would watch and started touching my teen daughters legs, feet and arms!! I don’t drink caffeine (and haven’t since I was 14ish) and I’ve never liked coffee. I can’t speak on it personally but I’ve spent a fair amount of my life around coffee addicts so I can share what I’ve observed watching others. My perspective of those things energetically is that they do odd things to people’s energy/aura/clarity. I see it all the time that people drink coffee and it shuts them off from spiritual and just makes them more awake in their day-to-day physical life (work, chores, school, etc.) The way it amps people up temporarily ends up making the aura so tired once it wares off. Often they end up needing more coffee/caffeine before they can “have enough energy” for anything spiritual. But it’s still short-lived until the caffeine wares off. Maybe used more sparingly (like not drank daily) it may have more positive impact, rather than a large cup daily, or more than once daily. Usually people are totally happy with their caffeine/coffee addiction tho and don’t mind if they have to drink more coffee to have energy for things (life or spiritual). So ... I guess if you’re happy then that’s more important. 💁🏻‍♀️ I do think coffee smell is actually pretty positively stimulating to the senses, mood, etc. (Better if it’s all natural ingredients in the coffee smell) And I’m not sure what your health questions were here.

Ok so my grandma passed when I was 3 I moved her desk and chair into my room which is in the basement it all started when I started constantly dreaming which I never dream the I started hearing weird noises later that night my grandma s chair moved I got scared and ran up with my dog I told my family some believed it at first I was scared I started to get used to weird stuff happening my dog started seeing weird stuff to he would look around my room at something while shaking I still don’t know what it is it’s been happening for about 9months the scariest thing was when I hear music playing and everyone was asleep but I’m used to it know I would like for my family to see and experience what I’m talking about. I once had a dream of my Dad killing me and my brother and then I died and got transported to a bright place(?) and then I went through a wall and started traveling through different times where I met my friend in different times. I woke up to a falling dream. I’ve remembered it for so long because of how I could remember every little detail and it was hyperrealistic. Is that maybe a sign or me being crazy? Also when I was younger I would see a lady in the arch of one of our doorless rooms and she would always stare at me I once got up the courage to ask mum about it and she said it may be a spirit cause my mum feels the air go “thick” so she can sense spirit presence and my grandma when she sees a person in her dreams they will die.

Given that your mom also sees spirits and has spiritual experiences it gives me more reason to believe that you’re also experiencing some of that. I’ve had dreams where I’m dying a ton and traveling all over and for me it was remembering past lives, or visiting souls I knew in past lives. My spiritual dreams always seem to be incredibly vivid and I remember them easily still years later because of how strong the feelings were. Maybe that’s something you’re going through too. Dreams can really ramp up during a spiritual awakening. Don’t think you’re crazy, but if you’re concerned for your mental health though then you can absolutely explore that route too. Spirituality is real, but mental health is too.💕

Some people channel in a very “automatic” or “autopilot” type of way. That is an ability. It can also be a preference of choosing to channel that way. Channeling is usually intentional and you’ll knowingly enter into doing it. Being controlled by a spirit could be “possession” though as well. Possession is usually easy to identify because you won’t have consented to it, weren’t wanting it to happen, very possibly didn’t enjoy it, maybe it felt scary or negative, etc. Side Note: Being possessed is only possible if some part of your subconscious has allowed yourself to be a victim. Some part of you believes that spirit is more powerful than you can can control you, or they overpowered you because you didn’t believe in your own strength. Spoiler alert, we’re a lot stronger than we think. You can’t be fucked with by other spirits if you truly believe in yourself.

Short answer - Practice. Like anything, spiritual gifts take practice to strengthen and to grow confidence in. Fear, self-doubt, or any blocking emotions usually take time to go away. First you have to practice and learn to believe in yourself and your gifts. In time, fear goes away. When you’re confident in your gifts, when you understand how to use them, when you realize the things you can control, when you see spirits often enough that it becomes mundane, then none of it feels scary anymore. That’s been my experience anyway. These things are simply just a part of my life. I’m used to it now. It’s just an average day. Hi. I appreciate this video. I've done medium work for others but when my fiance died last July it's like my abilities almost disappeared, I think because I want him back so bad, and I'm really desperate. I don't even do readings for my friends anymore because all I care about is him. Isn’t is a wild time when things start to open up? It’s an adventure haha. For myself, pacing and taking things slowly was healthy. The times I got too eager and pushed to open more, quickly, it sometimes backfired. Like I did too much too fast. You can ease into things and just explore one gift at a time. Also getting very practiced at boundaries was an incredible tool for me. It benefited me a lot to learn how to turn things off or on, or to shit my energy or external energies as needed. Practice makes perfect though. 🙌🏻 Like anything else, it takes time and practice to get good at this stuff.
