How to complete 350 hours training in HCL? What is Percipio training in HCL and how to complete it?

I have got a conditional offer in hcl ,to complete the service now CAD CERTIFICATION they gave time till aug 10 , I got this placement from college , I have completed my clg now ,cllg isn't supporting for the certification,to do on my own certificate is costing around 90k , I have time till aug 10 what should I do know any leads please help me out

Bro, I got a final confirmation mail on 10th july for GET role opportunity, my doubt is, when I will receive this percipio training mail either before the background verification or after the background verification. Please clarify me that, what is the exact step by step process after the selection mail. Please give me a reply bro
