Pause the Download then Close then Open the File in IDM (double click it) then Resume the Download ....

+wsem just copy all the "Save to" or try this C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\IDM\ and check the folder which one you download you better close the download then resume it then close.. or follow the description
