i keep finding two wild horses black and cream in the woods but when i approach they run off I can chase them and click E to interact but they disappear? whats that one ?

Does anyone know how to do the quest with birkir and hanami on level 4 of path of terra? The quest is called “birkir and hanamis gift” but I can’t figure out what the horse wants me to do

Heyy so I tried doing the Hemera and Antheia quest, so I unlocked it, it said to speak with someone, I went towards Hemera (the horse had its normal coat on) and when I went closer it just ran away and when I went back to the person I was supposed to talk to the quest just disappeared and I don't know what to do now??
