This is the basic idea that is being used by Joe Dispenza and so many others as a way to heal. Visualize yourself already healed, and allow yourself to feel the emotions of that state. You are essentially becoming that and stepping out of your old self. The exact, same concepts apply to manifestation. We create our reality with our thoughts and intention. The emotions provide a stronger signal and also serves to trick our subconscious into believing what is not yet our actual reality. Through repetition, the perceived reality becomes the actual reality. If we accept that we are all a part of source creation, and that the past/present/future are all occurring at once and that there are infinite, alternate realities, then these concepts of creation and shaping our reality start to seem a little less far-fetched. That being said, if we also accept this idea that we are all connected, and a part of a collective consciousness, then imagine what we can do, collectively, if we set our intention to it. This is what we will eventually see when humanity ascends to that point here on Earth.

I am living proof that this is true. My big brother taught me how this was possible when I was in my teens. He also healed himself once and he told me how he did it, not knowing that will be my inspiration many years later after an accident that put me on my back for years, doctors give me a bunch of pills and my mind shut down, until I got a trigger to remember that was possible to heal again and the result is that I am walking again. 🎉🎉🎉

VISUALISATION! Thank you for this reminder! 40yrs ago I suffered from fused vertebrae from slipped discs. I had to see a specialist, who told me 'Expect to be in a wheelchair by the time you're forty' What I now know to be my higher self screamed loudly inside my mind...'Oh NO I won't' That's when the VISUALISATION began. Small steps, picturing me climbing two stairs (I could only go upstairs on my bottom, so any shops with stairs were a no no! Gradually I made it all the way to the top of the stairs. I went on to travel the world, teach children in Indonesia, meet the most amazing people and learn so much. Had I listened to that specialist I would have missed out on the most amazing time of my life! When people ask why I don't do doctors...that's one of the reasons. 77yrs of age now. Plenty of things have deteriorated health wise...yet the power in me has healed it all.

I'm only like 20 minutes in but I have to say this guy is so grateful! I love how he was open to and appreciated those around him. He continues to highlight his support team- not just understanding that none of us go through life alone, but also acknowledging that. What he did was AMAZING but he doesn't forget the angels and support he had around him. I think that it's important to note the power of gratitude and using your sage muscle (positive intelligence)!

I am exactly 14 minutes and 46 seconds in and I had to stop the podcast....so I don't miss a juicy detail...and leave a comment about this man. What I love SO FAR 😂 the most is the way he said " I would never tell people NOT to listen to their Drs". That's classy. Like I TOTALLY KNOW with my WHOLE BEING that MINDSET IS EVERYTHING. Drs are people too and I think there are many that love what they do, but I know there are many that have chosen that path...or rather...followed that path due to family expectations or whatever...and I know they must take an oath and all...but truly...this man, like Joe Dispenza, KNEW the diagnosis he received from the Drs was NOT going to be their reality and each of them healed themselves with their mind. We can all do this. I'm AMAZED at what a GIFT this life is.

The power of the 3d mind IS limited. It is the connection with the Creator of All Things, the touching of that, whether realized or not, that brings the healing. We are much more than 3d. We have to go beyond what we were taught in the old paradigm. Well done Sir.

The "code" for Gary's Life Lesson is in his name: Buckmann (actually sounds like BACKman, so his lessons are all about the BACK!) One of the definitions of the "Back" in the dictionary: "expressing a return to an earlier or normal condition" 1). He did exactly that! Returned to normal! (and better!) 2). He "got back on his horse", so to-speak! 3).He came BACK to share with the world for the inspiration of others! 4). He is keeping his back strong for the next 50 years!!! Therefore Gary - you have earned the name GARY (-short and American version for HERCULES in classical mythology a hero noted for his strength) BACKMAN !!! 👋🤸🏆

I have only just come to comprehend just how amazing beings we are. We all have superpowers. I found out about a year ago that I can actually control the weather around me, which totally blew my mind, of course. Now I am trying it out in different areas to see what else I can do. I also went through really difficult situation but it taught me an amazing amount of things about myself. Now I think of challenges as "learning experiences" and am actually looking forward to them. Also, stepping a lot out of my comfort zone because I realize that we are here to learn...

This was amazing to say the least . Thank you . Im a reiki practitioner and last year my friend started to have breathing difficulties out of nowhere . It was concerning . She was coming for a healing session so I thought ok , she’s going to get better . Before she came I sat and asked angels/ healers / guides to make the healing extremely powerful . I didn’t doubt it and during the session I said you’ll be fine within weeks - which I never usually do . She was better within a week . Since then this is what I do . I used to be much more doubting but now I assume a person will feel better .

This is a fascinating joyous story! I do believe that the great mystic Neville Goddard whom I consider to be the teacher of teachers speaks of the power of imagination in the process of the Law of Assumption. It is true that many people have drawn on these teachings and have posted numerous videos on You Tube some of which explain the teachings very well indeed. Even so, I like to listen to Neville himself and read his books. I do no know what inspired this man in the video to practice visualising his recovery, but it certainly paid off. There is no doubt in my mind that the doctors were very helpful even if they gave him a debilitating diagnosis, but there is also no doubt in my mind that the imaginings of this man brought about his recovery. I would encourage everybody to become familiar with Neville Goddard.

Ans= see it, believe, achieve it. Visualisation. Physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually 'tell' Your body..I am healthy, I am healed. Mind over Matter. Respect the body, eat right, get enough sleep, stay positive. Exercise, get 2nd and 3rd opinions if you feel the need from drs. But above all, believe and know that nothing is impossible for God.

You have to WATCH PEACEFUL WARRIOR movie. This is basically exactly his story even the old man in the bed. It's a movie I recommend to all of my clients because it's about the HEROS JOURNEY. TY!!❤
