I am not getting the rar file, the log file says that the watchdog is running but after so long i did not get the rar file, please help

After running the script, did you send the source PDF file to the target folder? The watchdog looks at the folder and waits for the source PDF file to arrive. If you've done everything right, it should work. If it doesn't work, show your log file.
