Sorry I forgot to include the depth of water ( You need subtract first the depth of water from the total number of shackle in meters and length over all before dividing to 2185)

The number of anchor shackles to let go when anchoring depends on various factors such as the size and weight of the vessel, the depth of the water, the type of anchor, and the prevailing weather conditions. Generally, it is recommended to let out a minimum of three times the depth of the water in anchor chain . This allows for a sufficient scope, ensuring that the anchor holds securely.

Depth x 3 +90 = ÷ 27.5 Depth x 4 + 140 = 27.43 Mostly used depth x 6= 27.5

5 to 7times of water depth Ex 30 mtrs depth of yr anchor postn, 30 x 7=210 mtrs÷27.45 or 27.5= no of shackle to drop

I apologize for any confusion in my video. It seems there was an error in my terminology instead of swinging circle, I used Turning circle that made you confused. I stand corrected. There is no commonly recognized term called "anchor turning circle." Instead, the relevant concepts are "turning circle" and "swinging circle,". Let me clarify the difference between "turning circle" and "swinging circle" : the "swinging circle" is related to a ship's movement while anchored, where it swings around the anchor point due to external forces which I have been discussed in my video of how to compute the swinging circle not the turning circle. The "turning circle" is unrelated to anchoring and refers to the space required for a ship to execute a full turn under power while underway. And these two have different formula. I apologize for any confusion in my video, and I hope this clarifies the concepts.

swinging circle is not fixed and depends on the number of shackles paid out. turning circle is part of the vsls maneuvering characteristics.

Kasama na siya sa computation ng shackle. shackle on deck to the first shackle. so no need na include ang distance from waterline or freeboard to the hawse pipe.
