There will be no indemnity if u did not reach 3 years as it is the minimum requirement.

But in my contract and offer letter it says only 2 years contract, then pagdating dito need to complete 3 years.. Labor law here in kuwait is far more behind than all of middle east countries in terms of endemnity and labor practices that's why working here is a bad move.

Hello po Kabayan, ang calculation po nun is 66% of your total indemnity. Double check mo din sa indemnity calculator as per Kuwait Labor Law nasa Google.

Yes you are entitled for 1 Month Salary for each year starting 2015 because the law was approved for domestic helper only started 2015. So you are entitled for 1 Month Salary each year by the end of your contract. For example if you are still working with the same employer from 2015 until 2021 you are entitled for 7 months indemnity or end of service.

I believed it will be based on your current salary as long as you already have record in the bank. However it is also risky because they might based it in your etenamal or work permit and if your work permit is not yet updated with your current salary maybe they will based on your previous salary. If I were you better not resign as you just got an increment very recently.

Bali basic po divided 2 x 3 years = total times 50% po. For example 400/2=200x3=600 x50%= 300kd lang po if resignation. However if it's termination and the company is the one terminated your contract ang 600 or 100% indemnity mo po ang iyong makuha.
