Try lush BIG shampoo, OR the blue shampoo bar. I used to have to wash my hair daily, and now i can seriously get 2-3 days from a wash. With big, you want to wash twice. Shampoo bar, once is good. surprisingly no lol :D also i think you could wear your hair in many tiny braids especially in summer they would be very low maintenance you cant tell they're oily and if you feel eww after few days you can just rub some shampoo on top and rinse it off :))) im considering of having braids for maybe one or two months of summer plus styling tiny braids is like suuuuper easy.

@nikkilee1435 жыл бұрын
I completely understand how frustrating this is for people. I have in between thick and thin hair, and a lot of hair. So its like a blessing and a curse cause it used to and sometimes still does get oily fast. I know it may seem impossible, but if you try as best you can to gradually not wash everyday, you will train your hair to stop overcompensating which is what creates the oil. I started not showering in the morning because I had to open my dog daycare at 530AM, no way I was getting up at 430 to shower so I started with skipping one day, then washing, tried skipping two days, that was almost 4 years ago and I can now go 3-5 days depending on my level of exercise and how much I play with my hair. You can do it!!!! Dry shampoo is amazing and I wear that shit like it’s my job at this point lol. Good luck I have faith in you 🥰
@megann75435 жыл бұрын
You know what helps me not get my hair oily as quickly is putting in the dry shampoo before your hair gets oily in the first place. It does a better job soaking up the oil before it’s super oil than trying to cover up the oil with powder. Try putting the dry shampoo in on the day you’ve washed your hair. I noticed a difference when I do that.

I wish my 4th hair day looked like that. I also trained my hair to wash it once a week or so. Used to wash it 1 to 2 days. I can wear my hair down for like 1 day and then it's already quite oily and will do it up in a ponytail or bun. Can't switch my side part either 'cause it will just fall back and I think it looks kinda weird on me when I do something else 😅 Also not used to wearing my hair back, but might gonna try a few things of this video and see how it looks on me 'cause I'm getting kinda bored of the ponytails and buns.

I used to play sports everyday so I was oily but I would still wash it once in 5-6 days I didn’t have time to wash it cause it’s butt long 😂 Plus, if you let your scalp get used to it, it just doesn’t get greasy that soon Also, don’t overshampoo your hair, never use conditioner or hair oils on roots and don’t touch your hair too much. I don’t brush it at all, just untangle the ends, brush just spreads the oils all around

I used to just tie the bulk of my hair back and wash the front area, that way if I was out and about it was totally doable in the ladies lavvy.... use the hand soap, keep a small brush in your bag for such occasions, and dry using the hand dryer. Harder now with Dyson dryers. I have tried loads of dry shampoo and the one I always return to is Batiste... even then, it is only certain ones within the range. I do, on occasion, try some other more expensive brands but they never seem to work.... and Baby Spice admitted to having a can of Batiste in her bag, so if it is her brand of choice then it remains good enough for me. 😆

You said that you don't want to use too much Dry shampoo, but still you used it before filming and them again as one of the tips. Like many of your followers already commented, your hair looks good for 4 day and ours (mine) doesn't but then again you already prepared it. Making hair look not oily doesn't have to be superhard if some of the oil is already gone. Please understand the previous sentence not as saying what you do is easy (it is very difficult for me at least) but more like a reality check. Thank you for your videos.
