- You can only give a Sailor a lower Individual Trait Average if there is documentation supporting a lower ITA
- Counselings should be taken into account when doing the rack and stack
- Summary group EP/MP/P numbers are rounded up to the nearest whole number
- Reporting Senior has final say at the end of the day, this is just doing the work for them to help their decision.
