How to configure AMC App

Hello, Cloud doesn't work for me... I follow the instructions but I can't get it to work, the alarm doesn't call my phone either... it only sends me the SMS even though I have it configured so that it alerts me with a call+Sms... some idea what could be wrong? Thanks

Hello, I have done the same steps and initially worked. But as soon I have changed the password to both the central system and the app it stopped working and I was not able to connect again. Any ideas?

@@TheHoussem94 i do not remember exactly, but after trial error investigation it managed to connect. I believe you can try a couple of times
