Hello friend, hope you are well. I need help, some time ago I saw your video of palo alto authentication configuration with Windows using WiNRM HTTPS, I followed all the steps and it worked, palo alto is connected and talking to my server. However, the Captive portal does not work... In fact, the authentication screen of palo alto appears but it does not accept any user to authenticate, always with a user error or wrong password. Looking at the windows logs I saw that there is a DCOM authentication error between the PA and my server, always giving the following message: "The server's authentication level policy does not allow SID (S-1-5-21-3139832735-3799315946-2462250123-1385) from address 192.168. in the application." I also tried installing the User-ID Agent on the server, but it failed to connect when trying to authenticate to the portal. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
