Hello, How do you delete a former employee access. I deleted their username, but the person can still access the cameras via EZ View. The employee scanned the QR so didnt have to sign in to EZ view app. Any suggestions. Thanks!

question....I'm looking to set up Face rec for a retail store to catch thieves. I want to be able to store the face of the thieves that I have caught stealing and get a notification if those people return to the store. I have a camera at eye level at the entrance of the store. is this possible ??? thanks enjoyed the video.

Hello, this video covers face detection. Face detection will only detect the presence of the face and does not do further analytics. Please reach out to your Sales representative for "facial recognition" to accomplish your goal.
