I have installed a Microtek router on one virtual machine and Windows 7 on another virtual machine. What I want to do is that on the Microtek router, I have installed two network cards: one for WAN connectivity (bridged to get an IP address and internet access) and the other is set to LAN (host-only). I have also set Windows 7 to "host-only." Now, I want to ensure that Windows 7 gets an IP address from the Microtek router. Can you guide me on how to achieve this?

Sir for host only setting, i was able to ping VMs from my base machine but no access to the internet so u said we can't communicate with the base machine, i think u r wrong about it.
