Error code: 401 means the expected password doesn't match the one you supplied. You could check the event log on the windows machine for more information.

How to know username and password for windows

Kindly follow the below steps to know the username and password to the Windows system. Go to the Search box and search Control Panel on your Windows system. After opening the Control Panel, click Change Account type under the User Account After Will Show User's of the Windows. Click the User's and Change the user password as per your preference.
