Hi Muhammed Thanks for the video. i am facing a problem it says failing to connecting with device when i try to connect i did everything that you did in the video, But i am not sure what is the ip address that you put in the computer network.

first you check what is the ip of your computer (open CMD type ipconfig) go to your device ( Menu / Comm Settings )you can give same range ip address is there) if your system ip is 192.168.1.xxx give ip address something like 192.168.1.200/201/202... (first three xxx.xxx.xxx should be same)

I have six fingerprint with Attendance Management software, when some user put the finger in touchscreen appear another user... we use Access Database

actually your facing problem.. some user change to another name right... if you using ZKTECO machine you can change name 2 ways 1st way.. download your user name and FP in to Software (should be select all) then edit and select all upload to device.. 2nd way.. go to Machine Press Menu Button until Menu appear. then go to user u can edit name..

AOA Muhammed shafi, my device is not connecting to software anymore, it used to work but I unplugged lan cable and it stopped working, I installed software on a new pc and still can't connect. I can ping to device and it replies but the software says connecting > failed. PC ip is 192.168.1.1 and device is: 192.168.1.201. Please suggest something.
