How to connect 2 Wire Sensor with AC Contactor and AC Load? II AC two Wire Sensor Wiring

2 wire ac proximity sensor connection/Wiring with Ac contactor has been explained in the video. AC 2 wire sensors works on ac supply and circuit diagram is also given in video. AC two wire sensor is connected in series with a load. 2 wire ac proximity switch drives ac contactor directly without use of any relay between. Using 2 wire sensor you can automate any 3 phase load.

Bro! I have a question for you! There is a 2-wire normally open proximity sensor (Imax=200mA, U=90-250V, AC). It was accidentally connected into a 24V DC power supply "+" and "-" terminal without load. The supply showed short circuit. The resistance of the switch is 13Mohm but it is permanently closed. Do you think, it was damaged with such a low voltage? (Normally it can handle 90-250V). Or should I try with 230V AC supply series with a contactor coil? Maybe the voltage is too low to function properly?

Don't connect two wire sensor directly with supply, if you connect the sensor will be permanently damaged. Connect two sensor in series with your load(contactorr coil or relay coil)

U can control phase also but it is best to control neutral which is good for your sensor. Sometimes phase with different voltage can be harm your sensor.
