My pump is not stopping automatically. I have assembled it as you said. What could be the cause. When all outlets are closed, it's supposed to switch off automatically but it's not.

No I don't think it should work with a pressure tank. Because it's already working as a pressure tank, and thanks for the comment

If the smart head is connected properly then everything should work fine. But if not then the pump would run continuously,so please check all the connections in the smart head and let me know ok

You can also connect a float switch on the pump if it's not tripping out when it reach it capacity.

Okay thanks for the advice. But my main problem is I did all connections as you instructed. From the breaker to the automatic water pump control (BOOSTER) and also from the water pump control to the single phase motor.

And also, I knew very well that this pump control system works only on a specific way It works for some few minutes and trip off and few minutes after it will trip on. And it also work when you are using the shower or using any of the tap.

But in my case, the system is runing continuesly without triping off. And i tried to figure out the issue but to no avail. And it's a brand new machine. THANKS!!

Question: what if you have a 110v pump controller but a 220v pump, can I still get it to operate?

@@edwardjackson4914 was thinking about running 220v to the controller but use 1 leg and a neutral to operate it, then the other leg would go straight to the pump, however the leg feeding the controller we would use it to supply as the other phase to make 220v for the pump...
