Hi there, I have Samsung Smart TV and DVD player. I was trying to hook up and trying to play the video , but my Opotik TV system provided me with the TV remote control without any source button and I could not switch to HDMI so I cannot get "AV" or " input" so it was working can you please tell what should do, thanks!

I am lost. My dvd only has red, yellow, white rca jack, and 1 black jack. That is all. My tv is a smart tv, it only has a hdmi jack. I order the card with hdmi on 1 end and yellow, red, and white rca on the other end. After hooking it up, all it says is no signal. What am I missing
