It's not doing that when I try to connect. It keeps going to asking for email and a captcha. Once I put in the captcha, it goes back to email and captcha. If I ignore, it goes to gender, I tap on female, but it doesn't do anything. So how do I pair it?

Press the captcha button and it sends a code to your email. Hope that helps.

When I try to upgrade the firmware on my Y6 watch I get "Latest version available" but it does nothing else. If it's available, it should download and install.

I scanned the QR code, got the app, filled in all the necessary info on me. When I try to connect the watch (lying right beside my android phone), it keeps telling me the device not found. I have even unistalled and installed again, with the same results. Help.

Lately, mine keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth and I have to unpair, uninstall and re-install and pair it all over again. I end up losing everything I'm trying to keep track of for health reasons, and it's so damned frustrating! What's more, is everything is up-to-date, so it's not my phone, or that I need to update the app. The app just sucks now.
