Hi, I want to connect my Canon MG2420 printer to my MacBook, I watched this video towards the middle of Decembe, since that was when I was gifted this printer and everything worked perfectly, all that was missing was the cable that connects from the printer to the computer. I ordered it and I wanted to try it out again but when running through the website steps, the website didn't let me see the dropdown menu for the operating systems. I restarted my MacBook and kept trying but it still wouldn't work. I don't know if you could help me with this problem but if you can, it would be of very much great help! But if you can't that is completely fine, I still appreciate the help of this video.

You are correct, at least a month ago when I tried it, it didn't work at all no matter what I tried.
