Hotspot is what you create within your mobile phone in settings, name it, allow sharing, look into tv and find it, click on it and connect, wifi is connection with router

MHL adapter is one of the best or get a screen beam mini 2 and use Samsung Smart view. No Wi-Fi required. Just stream right from the mobile network and mirror it to the TV through the screen beam or MHL adapter. Simple with no third party subscription fees or Wi-Fi

So you can connect s22 ulta wirelessly also no wifi to a new Samsung smart tv ..and if yes has anyone done it does it stay connected I used a c port to hdmi cable now and every now and then it disconnects and I just take plug out and put back in and works fine for 20 30 maybe long sometimes but its annoying that it cuts out like that

All these videos are wrong. The point is wifi data (your phone as a hotspot) is priced differently than cellular data. You're literally turning your phone into a router to put out a wifi signal. No WiFi mirroring doesn't exist. Not that I've seen I wish it did.... you'll run out of this category of data so quick and you'll either get throttled or you'll get charged!
