In this video, you will learn to create a database in a private subnet and securely connect to database from a Local machine using SSH tunneling. (bastion host tutorial)
What you will learn:
1. Create custom VPC in AWS with Private and Public subnet having Internet gateway.
2. Create a MySql database in a private subnet using Amazon RDS.
3. How to connect/access database deployed in a private subnet.
4. SSH tunneling.
SSH Tunnel command:
ssh -i YOUR_EC2_KEY.pem -f -N -L 3306:RDS_ENDPOINT:3306 ec2-user@EC2_HOST -v
