Why does the price change from a Printful store to a Shopify store?

On Printful you see Printful's price - it's the price Printful charges for product fulfillment. On Shopify, you can see retail price set by you, the seller. 🙂

The payment thing is confusing. I thought it was more integrated than the way it sounded when he described it. Shouldn't when the customer pays, Printful's shipping and costs just be automatically deducted from the customer payment and we keep the rest? Also, will Printful launch an all over collared shirt? Hey! In general we don't receive your customer's payment at all. There are two separate transactions happening once an order is placed: 1) Your customer pays you for the order through the payment platform you have set up on your store 2) You pay us for the order through the billing method you have added in the "Billing" section of your Printful dashboard. Your customer pays you the retail price you have set up on your store, and you pay us Printful price for the product and fulfillment. Shipping costs and taxes (if applicable) come additionally. Hi! To achieve multiple designs under the same listing, you can create the product on our side -> Go to the listing on Shopify's side-> Add the rest of the 11 variants on Shopify-> Then go back to your store on our side and enable "Import not synced products" option-> Sync the variants under the listing as necessary! 💡
