Hi, I had setup as per the video. However some systems in my office are able to connect to the RDS and some are not. They are getting an error saying 'Cannot open SSH Tunnel : time out' What could be the possibility reason? Please give a resolution.

Timeout cloud be your firewall or security groups is blocking the traffic. I will check that first.
