if the printer is attached to another PC using the USB cable on the same network as in this video, then you need make sure that.. both the operating systems, i mean on your PC and the PC which the printer is attached to must be confirmed because you will need different drivers for x86 and x64. besides that, please share the complete error message, i will try my best to help you out . share the following information. 1- which Operating system do you have on your PC or the PC which you are trying to access the printer from. 2- which operating system do you have on the PC, which the printer is attached to. 3- which type of Operating system do have on both the PCs. i mean x86 or x64? 4- Which printer do you have? share the model number. 5- do you have shared the printer to everyone? can you access the machine via UNC path which the printer is attached to? kindly elaborate your scenario. i will try my best to help you out with the suggestions. please do like, share and subscribe to my channel. Let me tell you it happens if your computers power on so it ll take sometime to communicate and find each other.. It may be because of power options settings, set the computers not to sleep, Plus go to network sharing and make sure that sharing is enabled for workgroup.. Finally make sure that your firewall has no restrictions over sharing

sir, if you have windows installed on your PC, then there are few methods to get access to registry editor. 1- from your keyboard, press the windows key and hold it. then press the R key on your keyboard. a box will appear. which call the RUN toll. inside that box type regedit or regedit.msc and click OK. 2- Click on the start button, then on bottom there will be a search box . type regedit or regedit.msc and the registry editor will appear above. click on it to open. that's it. 3- Click on the Start button, then click on the RUN button, type regedit and click ok. 4- Click on start button, then type cmd.. open the cmd or command prompt. inside the command prompt , type regedit and hit the enter button. if you tried. and your are getting some error then tell me that how you are trying to do this. i will hep you out.

Do you find any problem when trying to install the shared printer on the client machine? 1- Machine which printer is connected to must be Powered ON and the printer must be in working condition. 2- make sure that your client machine have access to the host machine which printer is attached to. 3- try to turn off the Antivirus and firewall and make sure that nothing stop client from printing.

@@infotech33 brother I have a wifi connection and on that same wifi both the laptops are connected. Then on one laptop I have connected the printer through a USB cable and I have shared the printer through printer properties. Now from my second laptop I want to print the documents without connecting the USB cable and when I connect it to the printer through the network it shows " window cannot connect to the printer access denied"

Got it. Dear let me explain it step by step.. 1- if you are confirmed that the printer driver is working.. And most important that you have shared the printer.. 2- make sure that both the laptop and attached printer are powered ON and connected to the same network. 3- open command prompt and try to ping the ip address of the laptop, to which printer is attached. If pinging then proceed.. 4- if you don't know that what is the ip address of the laptop to which printer is attached, then open command prompt on that laptop and Type ipconfig. It will show you the ip address of the laptop. 5-if still unable to access then try turning off firewall on both of the laptop and try again.. First of all do shard the ip response by pinging the ip address of the laptop to which printer is attached

One thing you need to make sure that you must have both the drivers for x86 and x64.. If the operating systems are different then it may create the problem if there are no drivers..
