The attached photo is of the projector projecting onto my white closet doors. I still have not messed with the settings but I can't wait for our first family movie night on a larger scale. If you have issues with volume not working with your firestick, go into volume settings and you will find your solution there.

Hi I got the same problem in the first place. If this still troubles you, please check your usb's file system. In my case, I have two usbs: one was in NTFS, and yet another was in FAT. The one in NTFS did its job. And yes, I formatted the another one to NTFS. Both of them function well now. Though I didn't try other file systems, my best guess is that this device only accepts usbs in NTFS.

So it might not be the projector or the cables. It might be the phone. I know it's a little dumb to do it the way I'm about to tell you but it works. Connect a Chromecast and Bam. It works.

No I haven't :( maybe I need to get a double sided HDMI cord to connect on both HDMI inputs of the projector and laptop. I haven't bought it yet just fustrated to having deal with this.

@@pabloalberto5419 I requested a refund for mine. It shouldn't be this difficult. What phone do you have? I have Samsung galaxy s7, but I tried it on a tablet and still no avail. And if you tried it with a laptop and usb what more could it possibly want?! There's one called Elephaso or something, might try that or get a pricer one. The disappointment is a lot.
