I am a huge fan of guided meditation recordings! Kelly Howell's are the best, imo, because they use sound technology which drop your brain into targeted frequencies, so getting there is practically effortless. All you have to do is set aside the, put on the headphones, and hit the go button. If you can do it consistently for two weeks, you're on your way to establishing a healthy habit!

Hi Luna, The synchronicity between your video and my tarotist friends' questions is amazing. Today, we had a live stream on KZbin where we discussed the tarot readings we offer to our customers. We reviewed the cards that were difficult to explain to ourselves or the client. We do this regularly every Tuesday, to improve our tarot practice and help those who are new to this art of cartomancy to enhance their readings. At the end of the stream, one of the girls asked how she could connect with her guides or know who they were. And then, some hours later, I received a notification for your video on KZbin. I couldn't believe that it was a simple coinsidence. So I shared your video with the whole group, hoping it would be useful for them. Look for Shakti Gawain Creative Visualization (I saw this on Audible), and Kelly Howell has many binaural beat recordings for different frequencies available on KZbin. Thank you for this video. I too am trying to reach my guides. I have been hoping with the eclipse maybe my vibration will be higher and I might see, feel or hear from them?? It’s never happened other than my card readings being pretty on point. I don’t know who they are, how many and it’s never crossed my mind till your video they or one of them might be an animal!

Hello. The book "Companions in Spirit" by Laeh M. Garfield, seems to be out of print. At least I can't get a hold of it in Sweden, where I live. Is there another book about spirit guides that you can recommend? Is this book any good, "Spirit Guides: Companions & Mentors For Your Inner Journey" by Hal Zina Bennett? I have a question about spirit guides. I've had connection with some kind of entities for a year and a half now. I'm super sensitive in my body. I guess that means I'm clairsentient. I haven't developed the other clairs yet, so I can't see, hear or know telepathically. I can see orbs of white light and other lights, often white, but sometimes blue. I see a blue light in front of me and sometimes in the right corner of my eye, blinking on and off, as I write this. I often see the blue light when I feel anxious or sad or have other "negative" feelings. Since I can only feel in my body, the conversation is super limited. I can only ask questions with a yes/no answer by asking to be touched on different parts of my body, depending on if it's yes or no. I feel the present constantly in my body, often by a light pressure between my shoulderblades and that area, to let me know they're there, or a warmth running through my body. Different pressure on different places on my body. Mostly on my back area and shoulders. They've helped me with physical healing when I've had headache, stomach ache. When I've been cold, they've given me warmth. When I've been overheated, they've cooled me off so I wouldn't pass out. I'm so thankful for all that help and everytime they help me I say thank you several times and say I wish I could hug them back. In the beginning it was the same entity for a couple of months. I know this because of the different energy they have. Then I asked if there were other guides and that I wanted to "meet" them too, like one per week and so it was for a long time. Now the same one stays only a couple of days, then another comes along it seems, so I never get to know them now, like I did with the first one. That's sad! They've never ever hurt me. When I'm happy, they shower me with their love energy or warmth. When I'm sad, same thing, love or warmth and often a gentle hug or embrace too. So it seems they show love and friendliness to me. And of course all that healing help. But since I can't see/hear or know telepathically, I have a hard time with trust, mostly due to being betrayed by people in my life. In the beginning I was sure it was a guide that was with me and he answered yes on several occasions when I asked about it. Later I read on the internet someone saying guides are demons or that some could be demons and they trick you into believing they're your friends and guides. So how do I know it's a guide or demon or some other negative entity? I've never felt fear with any of them, ever. I've asked some of them if they're guides. Some have said yes and some have said no. Then I ask "are you a ..." and try to come up with all types of entities I can think of. Some have said yes to if they were a demon. But I've also noticed some try to joke with me, probably 'cause I have trust issues, which I have told them. So I try to tell them they have to be serious when I ask questions 'cause I have a hard time distinguish if they're joking or not, with the limiting communication skills I have at the moment. There's so much to tell, but the space is limited here. So how can I be sure it's a guide, a friendly entity, and not a demon? Sure, they've never hurt me, helped me with healing and only showed friendliness and love, but those other entities can trick you. So after reading people saying that negative stuff about guides, I can't be sure now, especially since I can't see or hear them, only feel them. It's frustrating to not be able to trust. I hope all this makes sense to you, since English is not my first language. Much love to you!!!

No, they're different. Companions was published in 1984, Angels was published in 1995. The ISBNs are different as well.

EBV is actually incredibly common--90% of the population carry it, and you usually pick it up going through the birth canal!
