How to connect your DirecTv to the Amazon Fire TV Cube

First you have to make sure your DirecTv remote is set to IR .
To do that go into the setting on DirecTv
Go to Remote
Select IR and follow prompts.
Now go into the setting on the Amazon Fire Cube
and if you have not already set up the initial connection do that now.
Then go into settings
Select Equipment Control
Manage Equipment
Satellite
DirecTv
Follow prompts
