I followed different method, I connected to Instagram account on app, edit profile, connect to existing Facebook page, and selected the one I want from the list. It shows error everytime I click on done. Second method I follow was connecting it with meta business suit, it shows connected in facebook, and request a review on insta. When I click connect, same error "There is problem with this request, we are fixing it as soon as possible" Pls help.

Hi Rohit, that is strange, it has not happened to me, but I have known that with this type of issues is better to report it directly to Facebook support or help and they eventually fix those issues

Hello @@camillelim8454 !, both IG and FB belong to Meta, I know stories can be shared from IG to both Fb and IG but I am not sure you can post the posts to both platforms from IG, since both belong to META and you can control everything better from the Business page, but I will make a bit more of a research, maybe there is a way to do it share your posts as well from IG but the stories you can ☺
