You can collect whenever u want, just make sure dont exceed the limit given. Such example 120k/3000k crystal. The 3000k is the limit that im talking about

You need to take over 10 place at frost area, the snowy one

And about trial and error, there no deduction in health if you fail?

There isnt deduction in energy, but if you pass one trial, and go for 2nd team thats deduct your energy. So after you complete 1st team, you need to complete it before the time given ends. So i recommend go for weak team first, strong team afterwards.
