This video features the same error as your incorrect construction of 20°. The angle CAB in your construction is not 160°. If your arcs are size 1, then C is 2.5 units left of A, and C is √3/2 units above line AB. So angle CAB = 180 + arctan(-√3/5) and this is about 180 - 19.1° or 160.9°. It is not mathematically possible to construct 20°, 10°, or 5° exactly using just compass and straightedge. You should retitle these videos as approximations not constructions.
