if you're directly connected thru usb it's less noticeable than connection thru wifi.

Thanks for a useful tutorial. Any idea when I try to add a controller there is no option TouchOsc? I'm haveing major trouble connecting my iPad to my Bitwig on MBP. I'm on latest Bitwig version.

Question: Does this work in both directions? After you assigned the TouchOSC Midi Controller, does turning the Knob in Bitwig also change the visible Fader in Touch OSC? Or is it only working in the direction TouchOSC towards Bitwig, and not the other way around?

I believe that moving a knob in bitwig will also give visual feedback in touch OSC.

Other Question: How did you get the TouchOSC to be selectable as Controller in Bitwig? Did i miss some sort of script-installation for Bitwig? I only saw the TouchOSC Bridge Installation - but when i do that, there's still no script installed into Bitwig. I can select TouchOSC Bridge as Midi-Ports (in/out) but i don't see it in the "Add Controller" Section.

Which version of bitwig are you guys using? Are you on windows or Mac? Also are you connected via usb or wifi?

You don’t need bridge to do this. Create a generic midi keyboard, and then you’ll see a midi din symbol right below where it says midi keyboard. Click on iPad. Should be good

Bridge is for wireless, can just use adapter cable for direct connection to MacBook
