Hello, i have the same PTZ camera controler. I am wondering how can i update the firmware on the controller. I am having issues where it wont zoom in or out and i am wonderig how can i fix issue. Your help is appreciated.

You can first download the firmware of this keyboard (YCS-31DP) from www.smtav.com/pages/download. Then download the manual of this keyboard (YCS-31DP) from www.smtav.com/pages/documents. I have 2 TONGVEO CAMERA they both have the same IP address so i cant add the second one manually what should i do?

Hello, first of all, you need to modify the two cameras and IP keyboards to different IP addresses in the same network segment, with the same gateway and subnet mask. The camera can log in to the web interface of the camera through the initial ip address to modify the IP address. The IP keyboard ip address modification video is introduced. Then add two cameras with different ip addresses on the IP keyboard, then you can control the two cameras with one keyboard.

Change the network setting of your PC to log into the camera user name and password should be admin. Switch camera to dhcp let it reset then switch it back to static. I would also download the advanced up scanner
