This was very informative for a beginner. I have 60 led's & want to control them in groups of 3, so 1-3 are same colour, 4-6 same colour, 7-9 same colour ..... 58-60 same colour. Is this possible to do in the Arduino code?

Nice informative video. Has anyone tried connec6a Raspberry Pi to the Arduino? Thinking of loading either Vixen or X-lights onto the Rpi and have it send the patterns to the Arduino. They say the Pi data is 3.5 volts but the pixels need 5 volts to work properly. I have Arduino, Raspberry Pi and the Pixels. Would like to do a small set up cheaply.

My led is 5v bro... But generally ws2811 are 12v. But it is opposite....

Note: The leds in the WS2812 are in the order GRB, not RGB. 2811 is RGB
