Don’t even need to watch the video to know that it’s great. Keep up the good work. You are by far one of the best self improvement KZbinrs. Still gonna watch it though

You're videos are the thing I look forward to every morning. I really enjoy listening to them while driving to work. While others are annoyed by traffic I am contemplating about the teachings of the greatest samurai in the face of the earth. Keep doing these amazing videos man. I appreciate the work you put into them ❤.

Usually I roll my eyes at videos like this, but this is genuinely incredible advice. People will try everything but to understand themselves deeply

This could be arguably the most important video and content on musashi and on emotional control that I've had the pleasure to listen to. Just want to listen to over and over again. I think emotional mastery might be the most important thing that we learn. Because if we don't emotions will master us and cause us to make bad choices and decisions. And then we play the victim when in reality it's because we went off half cocked instead of breathing and thinking before moving. Beautiful content as always Brother 👊

I appreciate the clear structure of this video and the summary at the end. The choice of background music is also very pleasant.

This is good stuff. There’s nothing else for me to say but that. The bible says it another way, but the for the most part the same thing; ‘that we must disown ourselves and lead our body as a slave’.
