Hello I watched ur node mcu error video I was facing same issues u have faced that is "esptool.Fatal Error. Timed out waiting for packet headers" Everything I do but nothing happenes. I couldn't see any damages on board. Also Blink script is not running same error showing.

Check your data cable. Make sure it's works. Many people just use USB power cable and have the same issue.
