How to: Conversion of a 2015 BMW R1200 RT ex-Police to a two seater

There are loads of ex-police service BMW R1200 RT bikes on the market these days, ready to be picked up for a good price. I did so, but found the conversion to a two seater rather complicated and it was impossible to find good information on it online. I ended up spending three days on the conversion, making several mistakes along the way that could have been prevented with a video... like this! :)
In the video I share the material needed to do the conversion and what problems you might face along the way, and how to solve them. It is not a very neat job, but is works.
