How to convert False Color Composite to Natural Color Composite in ArcGIS

How to make simulated natural color composite from false color composite using spectral conversion function in ArcGIS
This method works best for satellite imagery which didnt have blue region of electromagnetic spectrum (some called blue band) like ASTER, SPOT, JERS OPS, or any other satellite sensor.
you can try to messing around with the matrix values to get better result.

I cant find "tools function" in my property layer at my arcgis, can you help me?

Do some processing of the image such as copy layer or clip using image analysis toolbar, after that the tools function will show up in the layer properties.
