I've converted Mercedes AMG GT Welly FX 1/24 to RC Car.
Components:
+ Mercedes AMG GT Welly FX 1/24
+ Servo 9G
+ Rod End joint M2
+ 7886 DC Motor driver
+ Microzone MC6C + MC7RB
+ 2x 3.7V battery
+ Arduino Nano

You should looking for a smaller receiver for fit inside 1:32 (ex: Flysky FS-GR3E). For motor and gear, try to find a smaller also (could be from a cheap 1:32 car). Google search for "Mini Brushed ESC" for esc

I get "motor with gearbox" from an old and cheap car. Other things such as Arduino Nano, Servo, Battery, MC6C transmitter... was bought online.

I made that circuit because I didn't have ESC for brushed motor at that time. You can buy a brushed ESC instead to make things easier. So, the electronics parts include: Transmitter and Receiver, servo for steering system and Brushed ESC for control motor speed. All things can buy online or RC shop.
