I am starting today's video by greeting everyone on behalf of Micro Project Bangla Channel. Today's video content is how to connect IPS or UPS with solar connection. Also in today's video you will also know how to make solar connection. So hope you watch the whole video. The entire video will contain some important information. Which must be known. As you can already see in the video I have connected the UPS I have with a solar connection and am lighting a 20 watt AC 220 volt bulb from it. It is a 500 watt UPS so you can easily run all electrical components directly within 500 watt load. So let's start the main video.

First of all you will need such a UPS. It is a UPS without battery. Such batteryless UPS can be bought in the market at a very low price. The price can be 1200-1500 rupees. If you want to know more details about UPS, please watch this video. Next you will need a 12 volt battery. It is a 12 volt 130 amp battery. Micro Project Bangla It is an old autorickshaw battery. Such batteries are sold at the rate of kg, you can find the details in your local battery shop. Then you will need solar panel and solar charge controller which should be connected to the solar panel. It is a Topten brand digital charge controller and its load capacity is 10 amps. Apart from this, there are different types of charge controllers available in the market, you can see that everything is mentioned on the charge controller. Solar + and - , here two wires of solar panel have to be connected. Next to it is Battery + O - Here to connect the battery and finally on the right side is Load + O - Here you can run DC fan lights etc with cables as needed. How to add a connection, I will show you practically later, I hope you stay with me Micro Project bangla is my youtube channel.
First I will connect the charge controller with the solar. You can see the solar wire in my hand. My solar panel is fitted outside. Now I will connect this cable of solar to the charge controller. You can see that the charge controller is on. I will now fasten the solar cable to these terminals with two screws. First I connect the red cable to the solar positive of the charge controller. If done, I will also connect the black cable to the solar negative. One thing to note is that if you have decided to run all your home electrical appliances directly on solar then you must use good quality solar panels. And you have to buy battery and solar by calculating that the battery can be fully charged throughout the day. If you want to know more about it, you have to watch this video.
Now connect the wires to the battery terminals of the charge controller first. First, put the red cable on the positive and the black cable on the negative. After installation, I will check with a multimeter to see how much voltage is coming here. For that I set the multimeter to DC and hold the negative and positive leads of the multimeter to the battery cable and see that the meter shows a little over 20 volts. That means if the solar is getting enough sun now it is showing more than 12 volt load from the solar. But adding batteries will reduce the load.
Now you have to connect the battery with the solar. Friends, you can see that I have already connected the battery connector with the cable. Now I will attach two cables to the battery. I will first connect the red cable to the battery positive, once that is connected I will connect the black cable to the other negative end of the battery.
Now you have to connect UPS with solar. As you can see it is the AC input cable of the UPS. I put it aside. I don't need AC input here. So I will charge battery from solar and supply DC volt from battery to UPS and take 220 volt AC current from UPS. You can see two red and black cables on the side of the UPS. These two cables are basically battery connection cables. There are two cables for connecting the small battery inside the UPS, and I attached a little wire cable to the two cables and brought it out, so that I can easily connect it with the big battery outside. Here 220 volt output is available from these two AC outlets. Now where should I connect these two cables of UPS battery input. With charge controller or directly with battery.
