Sir, In notepad opening method if our user form is already open (in my case i have userform with minimized/maximise button) i have minimized my user form and by any chance if someone re-open file by clicking app icon then it shows another userform. So is there any way to stop opening another userform if it is already open or can we resume with already running userform.

Instead of comparing current date with last open date, we can post status in setting sheet. At the time of activation status will be active once it gets expired it will change status to expired.

Yes it can be done but suppose if the expiry date is 15 feb 2023 but he tried to use in back date from 14 feb then the status will not change
