Hi Stephen! Thank you for subscribing! When Visitors come into Canada, the only purpose should be to visit and go back. In rare cases if they come across a job offer in Canada during their visit, they can apply through flagpoling. There are no new rules yet for them to apply online as it was a limited time thing the govt has introduced to assist the visitors who were stuck in Canada due to the virus
