Hi and thanks for the video. You are saying that we would need a separate phone number than our regular number but I couldn't see when you actually used the other number. During the installation of WhatsApp business, maybe I missed it but I didn't see you were using a different number. The other question is, if we do need to use a different number, will we have to inform all our customers about the new number? Thank you so much again.

You use two different phone numbers if you want to have both the WhatsApp and WhatsApp Busunes. You use one phone number (the same one on your current WhatsApp) if you wat to change your current WhatsApp Account to a WhatsApp Business account. Hope it helps
