That's the way to do it ! This is exactly what i do with my steaks but i really like how this works with strip steak, because it's hard to find good rib-eye around here for an acceptable price. I gotta try the puree tho i only had the root and potato by itself, but the 50/50 sounds awesome. Good stuff Frankie.

+pdytko it really lightens it up which I think actually better compliments the steak - let me know what you think of the 50/50 or eaven 70/30 (heavier on the celery root)

Oh yum, nothing like a good piece of meat and you sure know how to handle meat Frankie. The potato with the pan juices would be yum as well. Lots of things to try👍

Unfortunately we almost don't have that kind of cut here in Brasil... But it looks amazing, gonna try to do it with some other type of cut! Any suggestions?

+Frankie Cooks i found it, a prime rib! I made a sauce with Jack Daniels Honey, it was aaaaaamazing! Thanks for much for teaching how to do it! (I combined this recipe with the nystrip with Jack Daniels!)
