Here’s an easy way to bleach palm oil without choking or filling the house with smoke: Pour palm oil into a pot with a glass cover that has NO steam hole (that small hole on a pot cover that allows steam escape). Use medium low heat for 10 - 15 minutes, depending on the quantity. DO NOT OPEN THE POT AT ANY TIME; you can watch the oil change colour through the lid. When it has changed colour, turn off the heat but still keep the pot closed for 15 mins. There you have it: bleached palm oil with minimal fire risk & choking hazard.

You are speaking my love language with the eggs soaked in stew. Pro tip: when you blend the pepper, if you don’t have time to boil out the water, just pour it into a sieve, like the ones you use for flour and all the liquid drains out, thereby reducing boiling time. Looks delicious

When you are going through difficult times in your life, don't isolate yourself. There are people who have been through what you might be facing right now and they overcame it. Don't push people away, surround yourself with people who are spiritually mature and get the help that you need. Isolation when you are in pain and don't know if there's a way out is dangerous and that's why we have suicide cases. Listen, there's nothing that you can be facing that God is not able to solve for with God nothing is impossible. Hold on. Jesus loves you.
