I'm Egyptian and I know there are some political tensions between EGYPT and Ethiopia but I can't Deny that I love Ethiopian food and culture. And I respect my Ethiopian fellows who work with me in Kuwait...... GREETINGS FROM EGYPT TO YOU all 🎋🎋♥️🎋♥️🎋🎋

Greeting to you too, it takes a great person to break this tension and reach out. After all politics consumes most of us specially In the developing countries. So peace up on you, and may God help us reconcile our differences and stay as neighbors in love and harmony.

Ke habesha bet new sigeza ye neberew diro. I’ve also used prime rib eye steak cut which can be a bit pricey if you’re cooking for multiple people. These days I go to Aldi and buy chuck roast or chuck bottom roast.

Great video. One thing though, when you were putting the onions in the beef I think I heard you say the word "optional"....and then I got lost. Habesha food and "onions being optional" is basically forbidden. Lol there's even a joke that says habesha people eat onions like apples. I am habesha but I don't speak Amharic. But when I saw the onions and heard "optional" in English, I got scared. Loooolll
@henoksamuel11062 жыл бұрын
I think she was saying it was optional to add onions before the oil for additional flavor but she does add it after too.
